Let’s say you have a blog about weight loss. You can submit a weight loss tips article which contains relevant links to your blog or website. Please Note: Overly promotional articles will be automatically rejected. Let’s say your article is about back pain. Your article can link to a related back pain post on your blog. However your article also needs to provide useful information so that readers still find it helpful even if they don’t visit your link.

Here are the steps to participate in article writing contest:

  1. Write a health, fitness or nutrition related article.  Make sure your article is in compliance with our article submission terms otherwise it might be rejected.
    • If you don’t have any ideas for an article just check our homepage and look at our article categories.
  2. Submit your article
    • We get notified each time an article is submitted.  It will take us a day or two to review your article.
  3. If you have a blog or website please link to our homepage:
    • You can place link in a new post or page on your website, or just put a link somewhere on your site’s sidebar or footer
    • This step is not required for those who do not have a website, however if you do have a website we would really appreciate it if you link to our directory, and it will increase your chances of winning contest
  4. Promote your article
    • Once your article is approved you will get an email notification with a link to your published article.  Here are some article promotion tips
    • This step is not required however it will increase your chances of winning contest
