Dear friends of the captive wild horses and burros,
We have over 18,000 signers. Because of your support we have gained national media attention and the BLM has responded by offering a workshop where they will receive ideas and brainstorm on ways to offer the captive horses and burros shelter. The workshop will be held Tuesday, August 6th from 5:30-9:00 pm at Reno City Hall. You can attend the workshop ONLINE, please register here: https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/412191850
The BLM is also providing the public with an opportunity to view the PVC holding conditions in person, the same day, from 2-4pm. If you can attend the facility tour or the meeting in person, please RSVP here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PalominoVCrsvp.
Thank you for your continued help in winning shelter for the captives. All of your signatures will be presented at the meeting. Please invite your friends to sign and participate in our nationwide outcry for humane treatment of horses in captivity: www.change.org/petitions/gimme-shelter.
Together we can make a difference.
Thanks again,
Wild Mustang Robin
