Home-Made Veggie Quesadilla in 5 Easy Steps
Making a veggie quesadilla at home is simple, easy, and economical. You can make yourself a veggie quesadilla with your choice of veggies in 5 easy steps. So let’s make one or more with these ingredients:
- Tortillas – 2 counts
- Veggies (diced tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper, and onions) – 1/3 cup
- Oil – 3 Tbs
- Cheese – 2 slices or shredded equivalent
- Spices of choice
1. Mix the spices into the veggies and sauté the veggies in the oil in a pan until the veggies are soft.
2. In a separate non-sticking pan, big enough, place the first tortilla in the center. Pour and spread the sautéed veggies onto it as evenly as possible. Now spread the cheese over the veggies and on the tortilla.
3. Place the second tortilla over the first as evenly as possible and turn on the stove to medium heat.
4. Heat on medium till the cheese starts melting. Flip on the other side and let the cheese melt well.
5. Remove the quesadilla into a plate and cut into four with a knife.
Enjoy the delicious veggie Quesadilla by itself or with a side of your choice like fried rice, beans, or some sauce.
