Save The Amazon Forest

Writer and artist Victor Paul Scerri has started a petition on Avaaz.org that asks London Mayor Boris Johnson, USA Barack Obama, and Norway’s Conservative Party leader Erna Solberg to

“The Amazon forest feeds clean air to Mother Nature and keeps our planet healthy,” says the petition.

Last year, Brazil reported an upbeat 27 percent rate of decline in Brazil’s Amazon Forest destruction. However, it was noted in the report that Conservationists still feared the “gains are vulnerable.”
